4. Vehicle Booking / Car Rental

Customers can rent a vehicle through the website, hotline, or online booking form. When booking a vehicle, customers must provide necessary information such as: vehicle type, rental duration, pick-up location, and return location.
 
For self-drive car rental services, customers are required to provide additional documents such as a valid driver’s license and ID card/passport of the renter.
