1. Payment Methods
Customers may choose one of the following payment methods:
  • Bank transfer to the company’s account as provided by the company.
  • Cash payment directly at the company’s office.
  • Payment through online payment gateways supported by the company (if available).
 

2. Tour Payment Regulations

When booking a tour, customers are required to make a deposit of 30% – 50% of the total tour price to confirm the reservation.
 
The remaining balance must be paid 3 – 7 days before the departure date, depending on the specific regulations of each tour program.
 

3. Vehicle Rental Payment Regulations

When booking a vehicle rental service, customers are required to pay a deposit according to the regulations for each type of vehicle.
 
The remaining amount must be paid before receiving the vehicle, to ensure the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
 

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:
  • Providing complete and accurate payment information when making transactions.
  • Checking and keeping payment receipts, invoices, or confirmation documents for reference if necessary.
  • Completing payment on time according to the regulations to ensure that services can be provided smoothly.
