1. Tour Cancellation Policy
In the event that a customer cancels a confirmed tour booking, the following cancellation fees may apply:

Cancellation 7 days before the departure date: cancellation fee from 10% - 30% of the total tour price.

Cancellation 3 – 6 days before the departure date: cancellation fee from 50% - 70% of the total tour price.

Cancellation within 48 hours or on the departure date: 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, or events required by government authorities, the cancellation fee will be reviewed and mutually agreed upon by both parties depending on the specific situation.
2. Vehicle Rental Cancellation Policy
In the event that a customer cancels a vehicle rental service, the following policy applies:

Cancellation 24 - 48 hours before the vehicle pick-up time: may be free of charge or subject to a small cancellation fee depending on the specific service.

Cancellation close to the scheduled pick-up time: a cancellation fee of 50% – 100% of the contract value may apply.

Cancellation after the vehicle has departed or the service has already begun: the customer is required to pay 100% of the contract value.
